As Test Coordinator you are responsible for the optimal filling of the test team and you ensure that the test team can work in optimal conditions.
What you will do:
You will be responsible for coordinating and coaching a test team of approximately 5 Test engineers.
You keep track of the schedule(progress,lead time) and identify deviations and make the progress report.
You check and identify whether the delivered products meet the requirements set by the customer and prepare the test report and give advice to the customer.
You will create and maintain (master) test plans, divide the system into components to be tested, establishing the test technique(s) and test specifications to be used.
You will execute complex test cases and record the findings and results.
You will maintain internal and external executive level contacts with developers, clients and/or users.
You will review test documents and reports.
Advises regarding test strategy, testing techniques and test environment design and test team composition.
What you have:
You have at least five years of experience in structured testing.
Of course you share our passion for software testing, quality improvement and the benefits it brings to projects.
You hold ISTQB certification or are willing to obtain it. The advanced certificate is a plus.
You have good contractual and communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
You have leadership experience and are able to coach fellow testers on content.
You have project management skills.
You have extensive knowledge of various testing methodologies.
You have knowledge of the V-model and can apply it to various projects.
You have an eye for detail and are quality-oriented.
Thorough knowledge of Dutch and English, French is a plus.
