As a Quality Consultant, you will be responsible for advising and assisting our clients in improving their software testing strategies and processes. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including development teams, project managers and quality managers, to help them increase the quality of their software and improve time-to-market.
What you will do:
Analyze customers’ existing testing processes and quality standards.
Identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for optimization.
Develop and implement testing strategies, test plans and quality guidelines.
Advise on best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
Conduct quality audits and reviews to ensure compliance with standards.
Deliver training and workshops to client teams on software testing methodologies and tools.
Assist in resolving complex quality issues and escalations.
What you have:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in software testing, change management and quality assurance, preferably as a consultant.
In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, tools and techniques as well as quality processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
