As a Junior Test Engineer, under the guidance of a senior you will apply the necessary testing techniques to quality control the software at customer sites.
What you will do:
You are the cradle of quality and, by applying formal testing techniques, ensure that customer-imposed specifications are translated into the necessary test cases.
By empathizing with the customer, you will communicate with the other teams at output to solve found problems together.
By using various testing tools, you will describe the findings, building on your experience with methods to manage this.
You will actively contribute to the growth of the company.
What you have:
You have initial experience in software testing.
In possession of ISTQB certification or willing to obtain it.
A strong interest in testing and you are driven to continue to grow into a specialist in software testing.
You have knowledge of the V-model and can apply it to various projects.
Possesses a solid dose of analytical and logical thinking skills.
You have an eye for detail and are quality-oriented.
Having knowledge of some analysis – modeling tools is a plus.
You have a thorough experience and knowledge of “Structured Testing” and the most current test methodologies.
You are stress resistant.
Thorough knowledge of Dutch and English, French is a plus.
