We were part of the IT organization within the Change & Release Management department and team where the Build & Deployment tools were also maintained.
Our Primary focus was on Change & Release Management processes. This involves both supporting current processes and designing and implementing a new process that also supports the Agile way of working. Quality and test results validation are part of the deliverables.
The goal was to design and implement a process that takes into account the Agile way of working while ensuring minimal production impact (both for installation and unforeseen downtime).Integration of the new process into ServiceNow which standard Agile but minimally supported.
