In early September, we welcomed Maxim to our team as a junior test engineer.

Before M2Q, I was a floor manager in a hospitality wholesaler where I was in charge of 4 teams and the daily operations of the store.
Here, among other things, I developed a good set of people skills and a trained critical eye.
After 7 years, I still decided to make the switch to the IT world because of the bright future prospects and a passion for software in my private life.

The training has been an intensive immersion into the world of software testing.
We saw a very wide range of material, and got to learn from many colleagues.
The more learning we saw, the more I realized that a huge challenge awaits us!

In the future, I hope to gather as diverse a portfolio of projects as possible and move towards project management to combine my already acquired skills with my future experiences as a test engineer.
