Last Tuesday, several colleagues from the M2Q team gathered at our Kontich office for our first team meeting of the year. An ideal time to look back at what we have achieved and look ahead together.
Kicking off the year with a strong team, shared goals and a common passion for software quality.
During the team meeting, Managing Partner Jurgen Meheus looked back on the most important achievements of the past period. He thanked everyone for the daily commitment, flexibility and drive that make M2Q grow. Together we tackled complex testing challenges, supported our customers with quality and did what we do best: software testing with passion.
In addition, Sabine Van Geit, Sales Manager, and Günther Himschoot, Marketing Manager, provided an engaging segment on sales and marketing. They shared insights, updates and future plans, and showed how the work of these teams contributes to M2Q’s growth and visibility. This gave the team a clear picture of how we can collectively achieve our ambitions.
A special highlight during the team meeting was celebrating Darko, who has worked at M2Q for no less than 20 years. Such impressive tenure is not only a milestone for Darko himself, but also a great testament to the mutual appreciation between employee and company. It shows that M2Q cherishes its people, supports them and invests in their development.
We are incredibly grateful that Darko has been a part of our team for so long. His loyalty and commitment inspire everyone to do their best.
M2Q emphasizes collaboration and well-being in addition to work. This was evident during the M2Q Strava challenges, in which colleagues pushed their limits in walking, running and cycling. The best performing colleagues were honored with the 1-2-3 trophies, and the number one in each challenge received a Decathlon voucher. A great example of how sporting challenges contribute to team spirit and motivation.
The team meeting ended with a joint dinner, where colleagues were able to catch up and share experiences in a relaxed atmosphere. The carefully prepared dinner provided space for informal conversations, strengthened the team spirit and was a fitting end to a successful meeting.
With this team meeting, we set the tone for the new year: ready to continue to build together, continue to strengthen each other and make it another successful M2Q year.

At M2Q, our work revolves around improving software quality and reliability. Our activities, including test execution, test coaching, test consulting and assessments, help teams thoroughly evaluate applications and identify potential errors early. By paying attention to testing strategies, process optimization and risk analysis, we ensure that software remains stable, efficient and user-friendly.
Looking ahead, we continue to face challenges, refine our testing methods and exchange knowledge within the team. Thus M2Q remains an environment where employees continue to develop their expertise and together contribute to software that really does what it is supposed to do.
